I totally agree... I'm not buying that explanation. That was supposed to be a photo-op and if they had any respect for Bush, they would have shaken hands again. I find it hard to believe that NONE of those guys saw each other earlier that day, and thats why they shook their hand at that time.

Everyone Snubbed Bush, they came for others. This was a Photo-Op and you're supposed to shake the hands of each other (the World leaders are all shaking hands of each other NO MATTER if they met before or not). In these types of Official Photos and Photo-Ops Bush has ALWAYS shaken the hands of other leaders and was always given the chance by other leaders to shake their hands, BUT NOT ANYMORE. Everybody shakes EVERYONE else's hands, Bush is the only one left out. Noone even looks at him, he looks at everyone and wants to shake their hands, but noone offers their hand to him and ALL other World Leaders keep their hands FIRMLY by their side when they see Bush walking in front of them. The World Leaders have met other World Leaders, all of them have met each other, BEFORE this official photo was taken so your excuse doesn't make any SENSE at all.
